No agency work
We do not market a property for a fee, and we do not pass your address to another buyer.
London · our own buildings
P&L Properties buys a house or a flat for the company. Later it sells a building it already owns. Each deal is a single property, not a list for someone else.
The work
A purchase puts the building in the company name. A sale takes a building that is already ours and passes it to a buyer. We do not act for another owner, and we do not let a room.
Start with an email. Name the property, or the area you want, and say which way the deal should run.
Buy
You own it. You want P&L Properties to buy it. The note needs the full address, whether it is a house or a flat, and whether anyone still lives there.
We read the address and decide if we want that building.
If we do, the reply is a price. That price is the offer.
Solicitors complete the purchase into the company name.
Sell
You want a property we already own. Tell us the area, or a postcode, and whether you want a house or a flat. We reply only if we own one that fits.
The price is ours to set. A viewing is that one building, at a time agreed by email. We do not show homes that belong to other people.
Already ours
After we buy, the property stays with the company until we choose to sell. We do not publish a list of everything we own.
If you are looking, ask for an area. Silence means we do not have one to sell there.
Limits
We do not market a property for a fee, and we do not pass your address to another buyer.
We do not let a house or a room. The company keeps the building until a sale completes.
Green Lanes
Green Lanes is the company address. It is not a row of houses to walk through. If a meeting is needed, we set the time by email.
A first note with the address is enough to start. We read mail on weekdays.
